When will your order ship?

  • Dubbing Box: Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days after purchase.
  • Dubbing Earbuds (Pre-Order): Orders are currently in the pre-order stage and are expected to ship within 14 business days after purchase.

• Delivery Time: 

  Orders are typically delivered within 8-14 business days.

  For remote areas such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Florida: 10-15 business days.

  Note: Delivery may be delayed up to 7 business days due to peak periods, weather, or carrier issues.

We do not process shipments on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, there might be slight delays in delivery. 

Please allow a few extra days, especially if there are adverse weather conditions affecting deliveries. If you haven't received an update on your shipment within approximately 3 business days, please contact us at support@dubbingai.io, and we'll assist you promptly.
