To ensure safe and proper use, prevent personal injury or property damage, please read this manual carefully—especially the Safety Warnings and Notes—before first use, and keep it for future reference. For any issues not addressed in this manual, contact our official customer support.

I. Safety Warnings

1. Electrical Safety

Ensure a secure connection between the earbud plug and your device’s port to prevent overheating, device damage, or audio malfunctions caused by poor contact.
  • Do not plug/unplug the earbud with wet hands to avoid short circuits or electric shocks from water entering the port. If the plug or cable gets wet, dry it thoroughly before use.
  • Immediately stop using the earbuds if the cable or plug is damaged, cracked, or the internal wires are exposed. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself (risk of electric shock)—contact official after-sales service for assistance.
  • Avoid damaging the insulation layer; do not pull, twist, or bend the cable excessively to prevent internal wire short circuits.

2. Environmental & Placement Safety

Do not place the earbuds in high-temperature environments (e.g., direct sunlight, near heaters/stoves). Temperatures exceeding 45°C may cause material aging, deformation, casing cracking, or internal component damage.
  • Storage Conditions: Temperature -20°C to 50°C, relative humidity ≤90%.
  • Keep the earbuds away from moist areas (e.g., bathrooms, kitchen splash zones). Water ingress can cause short circuits, audio degradation, and even ear infections from bacterial growth.
  • Do not immerse the earbuds in fire/water, or expose them to corrosive liquids (e.g., alcohol, gasoline, acid/alkaline solutions)—this may cause damage, fire, or toxic gas leakage.
  • Store the earbuds out of reach of children and pets. The earbuds and accessories (e.g., ear tips) are small parts that pose a choking hazard if ingested. Prevent children from playing with the cable to avoid entanglement or pulling injuries.

3. Usage Scenario Safety

  • Avoid using the earbuds (or use only one ear) while driving, cycling, crossing the street, or performing activities requiring full attention. Blocking ambient sounds (e.g., vehicle horns, verbal alerts) may lead to safety accidents. Adhere to local laws—many regions prohibit double-ear earbud use while driving.
  • Follow on-site regulations when using near medical or aviation equipment. Audio signals from the earbuds may interfere with the normal operation of such devices.
  • Avoid prolonged use at high altitudes (above 2000 meters). If used, monitor for malfunctions caused by environmental impacts on insulation performance and stop use immediately if issues arise.

4. Cleaning & Maintenance Safety

  • Disconnect the earbuds from your device before cleaning. Wipe the casing, ear tips, and plug gently with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use aerosol sprays, solvents, abrasives, or corrosive cleaners (e.g., alcohol, ammonia)—these will damage the surface and internal components.
  • Clean the ear tip mesh and microphone port regularly: remove debris and earwax with a clean, dry soft-bristled brush to prevent clogs that reduce audio/microphone performance. Ensure the earbuds are fully dry before reuse.
  • For long-term storage, keep the earbuds in a dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid squeezing or pulling the cable; wrap it loosely and do not bend the cable connector excessively.

5. Other Safety Requirements

  • Do not dispose of earbuds with regular household waste. Follow local e-waste regulations and hand them over to authorized recycling facilities to protect the environment.
  • Do not disassemble or modify the earbuds yourself. Disassembly may cause component damage, insulation failure, and safety hazards, and will void the warranty. Contact official after-sales service for faulty units.
  • Immediately disconnect and stop using the earbuds if they exhibit abnormal overheating, strange odors, static noise, or no sound. Contact after-sales service for inspection and repair to avoid further risks.
