Order Cancellation is not allowed once you receive the shipment notification email confirming that the parcel has been dispatched.

 

Return & Refund Policy

15-Day Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with the quality or functionality of your product within 15 days of receipt, please contact us for a solution.

How to Initiate a Request: Please email our customer support team at support@dubbingai.io with the following information:

  1. Your Order Number

  2. The SN (Serial Number) of the product

  3. A detailed description of the issue you are facing

Our support team will review your request and evaluate the situation. We will then work with you to determine the appropriate solution and whether the item is eligible for a return and refund on a case-by-case basis.

Conditions for Approved Returns: For any return that is approved by our team, the item(s) must be in good condition, maintain their original quality and function, and include all accessories and original packaging.

Refund Process: If your return is approved, once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The actual time to receive the refund depends on your bank’s processing speed.

2. 30-Day Free Warranty Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We promise you to enjoy a 30-day free replacement & return service. Please follow these guidelines:

- In case the item was delivered in a damaged condition, we kindly request your assistance in providing photos that clearly show the extent of the damage. This will aid us in processing the carrier claim efficiently.

- Replacement or return can be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.

Conditions for a Refund

  • Payment Errors, Fraud

Dubbing AI will issue refunds for purchases made in the past 7 days (including any trial period) in case of

a) if it is determined that your account has been taken over by a third party and used fraudulently, or

b) you have been charged by Dubbing AI in error.

You must contact us within 7 days from the date of the subscription (including any trial period) for us to be able to issue a refund.

  • Unused subscription

Annual Subscription: You must contact us within 7 days from the date of the subscription (including any trial period) for us to be able to issue a refund.

  • When a refund cannot be issued?

– Dubbing AI does not offer partial refunds. If you’ve used the service for part of the billing cycle and then canceled, you will not be eligible to receive a refund for the charge

– Any refund request after 7 days from the date of the subscription (including any trial period).

– Monthly Subscriptions are non-refundable
